Pacific Harbour

Map of Pacific Harbour, Beqa and Yanuca
Pacific Harbour Fiji Map
There are two main resorts at Pacific Harbour, the Pearl South Pacific is located on the beach, and the Lagoon Resort is lakeside, with waterway access direct from the resort to the open ocean. There are also some other moderate-priced and budget resort and backpacker accommodation options, such as the new Tsulu Luxury Backpackers and Apartments at the Arts Centre.

Since Pacific Harbour is located on the Queen's Highway between Nadi and Suva, it is very easily accessed from either International Airport. The main gateway is Nadi, in which case one can travel by coach, minibus, local bus, taxi, or hire car. The Pearl Resort can also arrange charter helicopter transfers direct to the Resort.

Reasons to stay at resorts in Pacific Harbour.

  • Pacific Harbour is called the 'adventure capital of Fiji'. Enjoy excellent diving, game fishing, jet skis, windsurfing, river rafting, kayaking ... and more.
  • Some of the best surf resorts in Fiji are found in this region. Take a trip out to Yanuca island to surf the famous Frigate's Passage.
  • Take a trip to the Beqa Lagoon for great scuba-diving.
  • There are two large resorts at Pacific Harbour, one lakeside and one beachside.
  • There are also a range of moderate-priced to budget accommodation options.
  • Pacific Harbour also offers private, self-catering vacation villas to rent giving you a great sense of independence and a home away from home.
  • Enjoy swimming and relaxing on the long, golden sand beach, with views to Beqa Island.
  • There is a rainforest hinterland and Pacific Harbour itself is lushly landscaped with tropical flowers.
  • Take a day trip to Suva, or head up the Coral Coast for snorkelling or resort hopping.
  • Enjoy golf at the championship 18 hole golf course, the Greens. The course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, has one of the prettiest courses you could find anywhere and the upgraded Club House has restaurant and bar facilities, pool, pro shop and practice green.
  • Relax with an Italian coffee at the Republic of Capuccino outlet at the Arts Village shopping centre and browse handicrafts, clothing items and jewellery.
  • Lots of good places to eat, such as the Deuba Inn, the Oasis Restaurant, The Greens clubhouse, the Resorts' in-house restaurants, or try local curries at Kumarans!
