Daku Resort is an 'upscale budget' resort, where you'll have an ocean view from your own traditional style bure. Breakfast is served in a large open-style bure beside the swimming pool. The sea is at the end of the drive, and behind the resort a track takes you along a small freshwater creek and up through the lush tropical forest to a magnificent mountain top view of the bay. Daku is just a short walk from Savusavu town and has a variety of accommodation bure options

Friendly staff and friendly kitchen! Guests may select from the restaurant menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner), or may use the kitchen facilities to cook your own! Daku also has regular special dinner evenings - Indian curry nights, Chinese nights and Sunday evening BBQs. A light menu is available all day.

Activities and Sightseeing

Definitely a "do things or do nothing", laid-back atmosphere. Relax by the pool with a good book, stroll down the road to Savusavu Town, sit on the beach and watch the relaxing Savusavu Bay views. Daku Resort can also advise on special activities such as scuba-diving, fishing, hiking and local trips and sightseeing tours.
